Frank Washelesky
Frank Washelesky is President of Next Plateau Consulting LLC. He has provided tax, legal and business advisory services to closely-held businesses, their owners and executives for twenty-five years. In addition to his experience as an attorney and Certified Public Accountant, he is a Certified Valuation Analyst and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor.
Frank concentrates on advising owners and executives as they progress through the diverse stages of their careers. His involvement often starts in start-up business ventures, continues as the business grows and once the business matures, Frank is active in Exit Planning. Frank’s diverse background allows him to play a key role in each stage of a business’s development, and help the owners and executives meet their personal goals as well.
Frank has lectured and authored articles on topics covering business succession planning, business valuations, choice of entity, estate and personal financial planning, and other tax and business issues. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Northern Illinois University and his Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law.
